Back in 2004, we started with the idea of selling merchandising materials as a complement of the trade marketing strategy of every FMCG
company. We found that this industry is full of factories that offer the same products and services.
To obtain some insights, we contacted 50 Trade and Brand Marketing Directors and Managers globally. The answer: the same issues that
we had when we were working in Marketing: weeks to get a quotation, big price gaps from factory to factory, poor leading times, same
merchandising products and no innovation. At the end, there was no impact in consumer behavior.
At EBS we change our vision and decide to focus on fulfilling this market opportunity: trending products, maximum 72 hours to send a
